Justice League MP4 subtitle sound issue

First off my apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I am attempting to make a single playable file, preferably MP4, of Justice League with subtitles. However, I get more than just subtitles. I am getting the audio description as well for hearing impaired. How do I cut out the extra audio and just have subtitles?

All help is appreciated.
 
Then you simply selected the wrong audio track to be used in the MP4 file that's all. You can use the preview player (or the orange slide out tab on the title preview page) to determine which track it is you want/need.
