Looks like that solved the problem. I have been using anydvd many years don't know how my settings got changed but silly me. Thank You Very much.

That's one setting that's not an AnyDVD one, bit a drive hardware one. If it still was as 0, then it was never set in the first place after you bought the drive ;-) (all new drives come default at 0, unless actual 'region free' models)
