Jackel = Malware? Alert in Blink.

I have just downloaded Jackal and during the download I got the following:

Is this a "false Positive" or should I have some concern?

Provided you downloaded from Slysoft's website, it's a false positive.

If you didn't download from Slysoft, then you take your chances.
