It's Borat Day!

While clearly not for everyone... this has to be the most original comedy I've seen in a long, long time. Cringe factor is off the charts. Cohen somehow deserved an Oscar for this thing... but there's no catagory for "best original comedy" like at the Golden Globes.

In 2006 I only broke down to see 4 films in the commercial theaters.
Pirates II, Snakes On A Plane, Borat!, and Casino Royal.
(up significantly from 2005 where we only went to see Revenge of the Sith)

Borat's a very funny movie. I'm not much into the bonus stuff but the bonus footage of Borat is hilarious,especially the Jay leno and Martha stewart sketch.
