iTouch v's iPod in CLONE DVD Mobile

Hi,

Is there something in the settings that makes a file encoded using the iTouch option incompatible with a standard iPod?

Files I have encoded with the iTouch option won't sync to a standard iPod (Gen5) but iTunes gives no error or warning.

I had a look through the settings in the device file and they look very different.
