Issues with emails from forum server

User @bambam mentioned that he does not receive no more notification emails from forum...

When we moved the forum server 2 weeks ago to another data center we've got of course also another IP address. This IP address has obviously been used in the past by spammers which results in a bad reputation and our forum IP address is listed in some RBL blacklists. So depending on a forum users mail provider, our emails got rejected.

While we are trying now to improve our reputation and getting removed from RBL blacklists, forum emails will be routed via other RedFox SMTP servers.

Thanks a lot, that DNS issue has been fixed already (but might be cached by DNS servers).

As a smalltime webhost myself, i'd be happy to see if there's anything i can assist with if you shoot me the IP in that DM
