issue with ratatouille

    I have tried burning this with dvd cloner latest version and nero...this is what i am running into. Any feedback is apprectiated:

    Rip the DVD to the HD first using AnyDVD's Ripper function. Then process the files.
    Remove you Serial Number from the log. It starts out w/ A20...................

    I had no problem backing up this movie, using anydvd, clone dvd2 2912, R1, Vista home premium os. Movie only

    Try also to update the burner to the last update which is HSOR

    I doubt that will help as the last time the firmware was updated was 2003. Maybe time for a new burner

    Most of the time the Nero logs are alot longer than what you provided. Is that the full log as there was no mention of Blank media used???

    He was asking about DVD-Cloner and Nero Not CloneDVD. 2 entirely different programs

    And why do you suspect this is an AnyDVD problem? Did the OP even use AnyDVD?

    Ratatouille rip and ???

    Mike - Mike - I did rip it to the HD desktop iand nto a folder. Now what do I do to "process" the files as you instruct? I use Nero 7 Ultra. - Do I use Nero Burning ROM? Recode - isnt' that from dvd to dvd? I am in the process of learning all of this.... thanks. Donna in Michigan
