Is there a way to automount an iso without opening it at startup?

    Hi all-

I would like to automount each iso at startup but not open it.

I'm using VCD to hold the iso files for some of my kids games that need access to the CDRoms. I use VCD to point to the iso files. That part works great.

Unfortunately, at startup VCD opens each of these iso files and I get the installation screen for each of the kids games. I previously tried daemon tools which did not have this problem...that software appears to be limited to 4 virtual drives.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

you probably have autoplay enabled. im not sure exactly how vcd mounts them, but it triggers the autoplay. i never had this problem with daemon tools though, so i cant help you much other than recommending turning off autoplay and seeing if that fixes it.
