open iTunes,connect your iPod and select it when it's detected (mine's called Mike's iPod-and that is what i select).
click the Movies tab (this is listed on the left hand side when you've selected your iPod).
now open the folder containing the converted movie then drag and drop the file into the iTunes interface (you may need to resize the folder containing the movie to do this).
the copying process will be indicated by a progress bar at the top of the iTunes interface.
