intermittent subtitles

So I backed up the phantom menace using anydvd hd and bd rebuilder and the problem I get is that the resulting bd has parts of subtitles appear intermittently through out the movie with subtitles turned off. Any ideas?
 
Can you play the AnyDVD rip fine with PowerDVD? If so, not an anydvd problem. Seems to me like you embedded the forced subtitle track, which is a BDRB issue and you need to ask for help at the doom9 forum thread
