Installation Blocked Of A Digitally Unsigned Drivers

I had to restore my PC and reinstall CloneDvd & AnyDvd but received the pop-up message windows had blocked the installation of unsigned drivers. I tried the f8 fix but that's only once and it didn't even work.

I'm running windows 7 64bit

Any suggestions on how I can get the software to work again?

Use the option "Run As Administrator" to install those programs.
