I'm lost on CloneDVD

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I am not very good at understanding the process of Clone DVD. I followed some direction I got out of the forum on how to burn a simple backup with CloneDVD. But it didn't work. When I looked in my CloneDVD file it didn't have the eraser file in it. So, I down loaded CloneDVD again and got rid of what I had. When it was installing the version I got an error message that said the file C:\programfiles\ElaborateBytes\CloneDVD2\WriteDVD.dll wouldn't install. Now what do I do? I am so lost. When I used the trial verion everything was perfect and that's why I puchased the programs. Can someone help me in plain English? Thank you sooooo much!

Exit out of all Slysoft programs and reinstall

a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Clonedvd (start-->all programs-->Elaborate Bytes--->Clonedvd2-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Download Clonedvd http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe
e) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
f) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
g) Reinstall
h) Reboot
i) Install your license key (if required) http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732
start-->all programs-->Elaborate Bytes--->Clonedvd2-->Register
(A window will pop up, asking you to select a file.
Browse to your desktop and select the according license key with a double click.
Reboot your computer afterwards and your product should be unlocked.)
j) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall programs
