Can someone tell me why i didnt receive my key when i bought the lifetime software?
 
You'll have to ask Elaborate Bytes, they sold it to you. Redfox only offers the file download, they do NOT sell CloneDVD licenses themselves. But before you do that, check your (web)mail spam folders. Sometimes the license mails end up in there.
