How to write folder to disk ?

I ripped the maze runner to HD transcoded to BD25 using AnyDVD and CloneBD and it took 35 min. Tried to burn to disk and it said 6 min to burn at 6x then when started it then wanted 2 hr to transcode the transcoded files.
DVDFab could not rip but it did burn the transcoded files in 25 min and the disk plays fine. Where did I go wrong.
