How to tell which file or playlist on bluray is the menu?

Hi, not sure which section to post this in but what is the easiest way to see which file or playlist is the menu on a Blu-ray Disc??

Eg when I play my skyfall bluray the menu seems to go for 1m13 seconds but when I look at the disc in bdinfo I can't find a file/playlist that length??

To find which file it uses you have to go through each one in turn and play them. Not sure there is any easy way to work it out
