How To Separate the Main Movie using Nero

For those of you that have used the Nero copy to blu ray disc function, how do you go about deleting the extras. All I can get the copy to blu ray disc function to do is make an iso image and then burn it to a blank BD-R or BD-RE. This is fine if the entire disc is under 25GB, but how do I get rid of the extras and then burn the BDMV? I know I can use ANYdvd HD to rip the files, but then I have problems making a BDMV. Those of you who have used Nero and deleted the extras, what was the detailed process?
 
I didnt know there is a way to seperate the main movie on HD-DVDs - maybe someone could clear this up.
