Hey there, I am not good in forums, so maybe someone already had this 'problem'. I am trying to download a film form amazon. it links me to a new page where i can say 'download'. I do. now i dont have the film on my computer and the new option is 'delate'. What am i doing wrong? thank you for replys.
 
which button did you click? You need the 'downloadables' button (green text) up top

ahh, now I see the problem. It was a film that wasnt to pay ATM (!). But there where no green button. I took another one, and it worked. So it was just that film. Thought if its available without paying, I could download it.. so I was wrong. Ty very much for your fast reply!
