I was wondering, how many cloneDVD mobile conversions should I have going at the same time? Normally I do about 3, but I've noticed that the outputted movies are a little messed up. Is it because I'm doing 3 at a time or is it because I do them at about 810kbps in 720x480 resolution? Should I only be doing one conversion at a time? At two conversions my CPU's are maxed out at 100% each, and the computer is unusable.
 
Batchmode an Option?

Dont know how many you can run at once but CloneDVD mobile in Batchmode would be an Option.

I had same problem but i think you have to create the Movies one after one by Hand :(
