I purchased a Lifetime License for AnyDVD HD using bitcoin approximately 2 hours ago and received a the following emails almost immediately. The first email had the following:

Thank you for your purchase at redfox.bz.
This e-mail contains important registration information. Therefore we
recommend that you make a backup of this e-mail.
Please follow these instructions carefully to activate your license(s)
successfully:

1. If you have not done it yet, download the latest trial version(s) from
our website.
2. Install the software and restart your PC.
3. You will find your license key(s) attached to this e-mail.
1 x AnyDVD HD
Save your license key(s) to the desktop.
4. Make a double-click with the left mouse button onto the stored file(s).
5. A windows notification message will open and you will be asked to
restart the software. The software will be unlocked and registered to your
name after you restart it.
6. Now restart your PC.
7. You are done.

If you have any questions, please reply to this e-mail.
Sincerely,
Your RedFox Team

There were no keys attached to this email.
The second email contained this:

This e-mail is to confirm that we have received your payment information
and that your order is being processed. Once the order is complete, we will
send you a second e-mail with the license keys and additionally the
download links, where you can download them.

There were two attachments that contained copies of the invoice. One was in text format, the other in PDF.
I don't have a key or download link.

How long does this processing usually take?
Note: There is nothing in my spam folder.
Thanks,
Megatron

There's no set time, some say minutes some say a few hours.

Is your ISP blocking links in your e-mail?

The e-mail I received contained links under steps 1 & 3.

I will wait.
By the way, I still have the Step 4/4 page: Finished page showing and there is no link there.

Maybe an ISP problem then...?
I also re-wrote my first reply - it looks like you got the e-mail minus any links/attachments.

When I purchased mine on Saturday morning, page 4\4 had a link when clicked downloaded the key to my download folder. The first email I received had a software download link in step 1 of the text and a key link in step 3. It also had the key as an attachment. The second email had the invoice as an attachment.

I used visa and the total processing time from page 4/4 and both emails was 3 to 5 minutes. I did receive a robo call from visa a hour later and the charge matched the AnyDVD cost.

The email is Proton Mail.
It's been over 6 hours. I still have the Step 4/4 Finished page just in case it updates with a link.
I replied to the first email and I've been checking Proton Mail .
(My first post in this thread shows the content of the emails received within minutes of purchase.)
There are no keys or links. I have attachments but they are just invoices.
Perhaps, because it is Sunday?

I can confirm that email from RedFox to my protonmail account says keys attached but they are not good thing I dl'd from order completion page lol had to attach them myself to forward them to another account for easier use on my PC (protonmail don't like my browser)
@Megatron you should have links on your order confirmation (page 4/4) also.

Do some of those having problems have an overactive antivirus program that may be stripping the attachments off? Are they maybe quarantined somewhere?

No also attachment's from elby with "keys" are there (same email same browser same device) just not on one from RedFox that contain's "keys" I think it might be issue on their end it says they should be attached and there are no attachment's at all. Again I was able to download from purchase completion page so I have mine I was just confirming that the message from RedFox that should contain keys does not. I don't think it would strip one and not the other. Also the "payment details" email from RedFox has the attachment's it says it should have.;)

I sent a message to support and soon received an email from them:

"Thank you for your email.

We sent the delivery email again. Please check your junk/spam folder.

Kind regards,

However, still no keys and no email containing keys. Nothing in the junk/spam folder.
Also, the "Step 4/4: Finished!" page is still up on my browser on a separate tab, and it does not have a key or a link to download a key.

On the 4/4 page it should list each key purchased
eg. 1x anydvd key
Under each of these should be a link for your key(s) at least that's what mine had and I'm sure everyone else's too.

Mine does NOT. It shows:

Step 4/4: Finished!

Below you will find specific information pertaining to your order. Please note your reference number, which is used to identify your order: XXX-XXX. You will receive a separate order confirmation by e-mail.
Payment in progress!

The payment for this order is not finalized yet. It's status will be checked every 5 minutes.

Please pay at least (Removed for post) BTC to Bitcoin address (address removed for post)

Clicking or scanning the QR code should prefill a payment request in your bitcoin client.

However, the payment is finalized and I received an invoice.
I have received email from support but no key or link.

It looks like you'll need support on this one. :(
My failed orders also said "Finished!" - and then the remaining text like yours indicated a "fail" of some kind.
Sorry to hear you ran into a snag - support is pretty backed up - but they will help you get to the bottom of this.
Getting people re-licensed and "good to go" is the top priority.... :)

Was that using protonmail also if so I would like them to send me another email with the keys actually attached to it (for archive) this time.

Yes, Proton Mail. The key was a file attachment.
However, I was not given a download link for the key.
It doesn't matter as long as I have a key to backup.
