How do I Copy a DVD to my Hard Drive?

I would like to build a small collection of my DVDs strored on a folder on my HD for viewing on the road.

How do I do this?

I know how to copy 1 DVD to another DVD but not CREATE a runnable DVD on my HD.

select "dvd files" as the output method in Clonedvd.
