How do i burn a movie from a forumz site with CloneDVD?

Im trying to burn a movie with the clonedvd program thats not a on dvd but say something off my desktop? any help would be appreciated
 
yes but that is just an example of what i want to burn, any ideas?
 
As long as it is DVD compliant there is no problem. The issue is 99% of the time a downloaded movie is in a different format other than DVD so you can't with CloneDVD2.
 
does he own the original dvd of the movie?
if he downloaded it,then no?
