How can I get my license number if I can no longer get to Anydvd or Clonedvd???

I purchased keys for both programs a long time ago, and now I learn they may be "blacklisted". I would be glad to contact support, but they insist on the license number, which I can't see since I can't access the program any more. The programs were downloaded so I have no disks. Any suggestions??

Welcome to the Forum.

It appears that you didn’t make a backup of your Registration Keys and store them in a safe place as requested by SlySoft when you initially purchased the AnyDVD/CloneDVD software programs.
