How best to rip/compress Blu-ray to MKV etc.?

That and BD-Rebuilder a Clown_BD can do a better job for free
 
Sounds like a spammer to me and bad spelling in the program itself going by pictures in the help section.

Also it doesn't work, you tell it to start making the mkv and it comes back about 10 seconds later saying it's complete
