error while try to rip into computer with clone dvd2, first its trying to fix it then gives the error

Set your drive hardware region and try again, make sure you EXIT anydvd first.

Thank you, I forgot that I install a new dvd writer on the pc but I didn't had any problems with it for 3 months and many other movies that I ripped.
