found out from my cousin who works for microsoft that some movies you load in your drive are made to slow down your drive or screw it up all together. he told me when you stick the movie in the drive while the light is blinking on the drive hit the shift key repeatidly till there is a full non blinking light.

This just disables autostart, which is what Anydvd does for you automatically if you have "PC-Friendly" selected, under "video-dvd" and "settings".
