Help with Grey's Anatomy

I am trying to backup Grey's Anatomy and am receiving the following error from DVD Shrink...

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to read file "D:\"

Copy Protection Error - The read failed because the sector is encrypted.

I tried AnyDVD to rip the DVD to the hard disk and received this error...

Download Nero cd-dvd speed. It's a free program. Select the tab labeled "scandisc". Select the appropriate drive letter, and click "start". If Nero cd-dvd speed reports read errors, you have a bad original disc even if it plays fine.
