help with, deactivated dvd drive

anydvd tell me that my dvd drive is deactivated, im using the demo version 6.1.3.6, I tried to unistall it reboot and install back and reboot again, but it didn't work. I also tried with other older version but its do the same thing.

it also worked fine 2 or 3 time, then it stopped and i have a friend who the same things happen to him, so i dont think its something that i got on internet like a virus or anything.

If Anydvd says your drive is disabled, ignore the message unless you also receive it
when you have a movie inserted in that drive. Some drives' firmware may report the wrong
information to Anydvd. Often Anydvd will still function properly.
