running windows 8.2, IE 11, cannot connect to redfox to get updates
cannot connect what? To the main website? To the OPD with anydvd? if the latter, anydvd logfile please. No logfile = we can't help you.
what log file do you want, if it's not a Redfox log file your going to have to tell me how to get it

Try again, Those logfiles seem to be corrupted and please updated to at least the latest stable version (or the beta). Directly link to the latest beta can be found in the stickies on top of this forum section
