Hello - Some advice on Reclock settings please

Hello fellas. Long time user, first time poster. Just realised i may have been using reclock wrong all this time - got it in my head it is primarily an audio renderer. Only began to understand that it is meant to sync display with gfx card.

So what is the best setting you guys recommend i use.

I have a Geforce 470 running at 1920x1080 at 60hz on Windows 7 SP1. What setting should i use to configure to get it in the green?

Any advice will be much appreciated
