Customer wants to copy DVDs.
I told her to take trials of AnyDVD and CloneDVD, etc., etc.

Then she wanted to know "how to install" the DVD. Yes, the DVD.

So then I told her in specific terms where to get and how to install the products she needs.

Here is the last reply:

Are you telling me that I have to install both anydvd and
clone DVD2 into my computer, if so I didn't do that
