Here is your problem: WARNING: Read errors on disc!

You need to clean the disc with liquid soap and warm water. Then use a microfiber cloth as used for cleaning glasses.

Try again. But the LOTR discs are bitches and hard to read. You might try firmware WH16NS60 1.03 if you have cleaned it and it still doesn't work. But then you need also the installation of Makemkv. If it still doesn't work you need a Pioneer UHD drive or use ISOBuster with your current drive.
