HDMI/HDCP problems

I don't know if this is the right place for my question/problem, but as I'm using Reclock, I'll try it.

My Radeon 4670 is connected via HDMI to my flatscreen (Philips 7403) and a SPDIF connection goes from the flatscreen to the AV-Receiver (has no HDMI inputs).

If I switch on the TV before I'm powering my PC, a DD 5.1 signal is forwarded. If I switch the channel at the TV or switch on the TV after the PC, only a 2-channel downmix is forwarded to the receiver. The TV is always showing that it's receiving a DD 5.1 signal.

AFAIK the TV forwards the DD 5.1 signal if it is receiving a correct HDCP signal with an unset CopyBit, and is forwarding a downmix only if the CopyBit is set or missing.

Is there a way to enforce a correct HDCP stream with an unset CopyBit via the sound driver?
