HD PROS OUT there?

Does anyone know if in order back up an HD movie, do I need an HD Burner?:doh: If I do, I'd have buy everything again...Please tell me all I need to change are to HD medias!
P.S any idea as to who ans what hd internal burner to replace existing

Yes you will need a HD-Burner, either for HD-DVD or BR discs (Blue-Ray). A dual-format HD-DVD/Blue-ray disc player/recorder offering will surely be well received by the public, if it will be sold. You will also need software that decrypts the AACS segment of the movie. Hint: AnyHD-DVD

To sum it up: I am sitting on the fence at the moment, waiting for the “right” tools to be developed.
