hd dvd worlds fastest indian(france)

english sound has forced subs,any dvd seems not to remove the uop,
at least power dvd 7.319a plays the english sound only with the french
subs,sound and subtitle choice in power dvd is greyed out.
french sound is without subs,so they are not burned in the picture.
is this a any dvd related problem?

No it's not an AnyDVD HD issue, it to do with how the disc is authored and has nothing to do with PUOP's

thanx for the quick answer.i still can run the hd dvd through clown bd
and remove the subs.
i was just wondering,cause i have a lot of french blu rays with forced
subs,which any dvd handles well,so i can chose wether i want the subs
to be shown or not.

This disc must have it set so that subs will be forced on, I had one like that and the only way round was to rip out the subtitle track completely

it seems to be a power dvd problem.i just installed an old version of tmt2,
i didnt use for a long time, because of a lot of problems and voilá:
with any dvd running the subtitles are no longer forced using tmt2.

Using AnyDVD's "magic file replacement(tm)" you can try to edit VPLST000.XPL yourself. Maybe you can remove the forced subtitles there.
