Can this be done as of yet? If I rip a HD Movie, can I burn it to Blu-ray?
 
If it has just standard ac3 audio then yes, but if it uses DD+ or true hd then you'd need to demux, then reencode the audio then remux then burn, but you could only use the video, no menu's etc can be transfered over
