HD-DVD No Audio

Hi
I have been given some hd-dvd disks and have ripped them to hard drive and then run the first largest evo through tsremux and output it to a blu-ray format.
The movie plays fine in power dvd but i have no audio.
Is there a simple way to get the audio to work without using loads of different pieces of software.
