Can you convert a ripped HD-DVD using Any dvd HD and clone dvd to a mpg or avi file?

No.

At this time you can rip an HD-DVD as an HD-DVD to your HDD. CloneDVD does not support HD-DVD or Blu-Ray at this time. It may in the future but only Elaborate Bytes knows when that might actually be.
