Please no more failure reports unless they are somehow different. Otherwise it becomes a pain to read through all of it and keep up.

I'm seeing some other odd behavior after uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. HBOMax still will not sign in, but when it fails to sign in and I go to my AMZ tab to look at something, I've been signed out of AMZ. Hulu is also failing to keep me signed in. Hulu uses interactive Recaptcha and I think AMZ uses Recaptcha at some layer too. I had zero problems with the previous version I was on (1.1.5.5: I skipped 1.1.5.6 since the change log addressed issues I was not having). Netflix and D+ stay signed in.

I'm also seeing this. NF and H stay logged in but AP logs out and you have to log back in every time...

I'm running AnyStream 1.1.5.7 (32-bit) on Windows 7. Seeing the same with respects to AmazonPrime. Once failing to log in to HBOmax I go to the AmazonPrime tab and find I'm no longer logged in. I then close AnyStream at that point. It always crashes. (AnyStream closes properly so long as I don't access the HBOmax tab during a given session.) I then launch AnyStream again finding that I'm once again logged in to AmazonPrime. Fun, fun, fun!

same thing here.

amazon logged out and wont log in. it either freezes right at the start or when asked for password (for the second time) and security code.
hbomax either says login failed or freezes after entering password with 'logging in' message displayed.
netflix and disney and hulu all fine.

test beagle no. 8765423 over and out.

EDIT: left AS closed for about an hour, opened it and AP was logged in. i was logged out an hour ago. weird. switched over to HM and for a brief second it appeared as im logged in, but then i got login page again. lo and behold, no captcha icon in the bottom right corner this time around. unfortunately stuck at 'logging in' message. file -> exit, closed AS, opened, catcha icon back, login failed. also, AP now logged out. AP frozen after entering username and password. a new page opened asked me to reenter password and security code, but the entire page is greyed out . 'please wait while the page is being loaded' progress bar stcuk at 100%. tried this a few times, close/wopen AS and every second time AP is logged in, then next time it isnt. HM still dead. well, wth?

Is it possible to log in using a provider, ie a cellular plan? Or do you need a "native" account?

Nope you need an hbomax account, if we could log in using amazon that would be so much easier, hopefully pete adds that as an option to

It's clearly Google's recaptcha rejecting you guys. It's a bit of a mystery what recaptcha (it's the invisible type) checks for, but maybe make sure, you wiggle around with the mouse enough and maybe type (don't copy&paste) username and passwords.
I did tons of login attempts during implementation and it didn't fail once for me, so I'm a bit puzzled as to what the difference may be.
Because ur a pro and everything works for u hey pete, also thanks for adding support for 4k, dolby vision etc etc etc on hbomax (when i can actually log back in that is) , keep up the good work

I wonder if instead of doing a simplified auth script like D+, if the HBOMax page could do web auth like Netflix / Hulu and then switch to the AS parsed display of content. I notice in Chrome when I first click "Sign in" it takes me to another page where I have to click "Sign in" again to get the auth prompt. Maybe there is something special going on during that process that is "authenticating" the host for Recaptcha? Just spit balling...

I'm fairly certain they're routing HBO Max through the android app, so web auth wouldn't be possible.

If you put in your user name and push tab and enter your password and then click login, it should load up.

I had trouble logging into HBOMax. Turned off the VPN. Kept trying. Finally logged in on the 6th or 7th try.

lol, but no go. ive even tried logging into a website that has catpcha, thinking maybe itll remember it (the website lets me just click the catpcha checkbox, no need to match images), but no go.

ive even tried tabbing from 'show password' on HM login page in AS. once, twice, thee, four or five times tab and hitting spacebar, then login button each time... thinking maybe tabbing will catch the captcha checkbox, but to no avail. every time i open AS i get the HM homepage greyed out for a milisecond and then i get the login page. every second time theres no catpcha icon in the bottom right. yeah, not sure how youre getting in guise, no go here still. weird. cheers!
