• AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. HBO Login via Provider

I have an HBO subscription through my cable provider, Xfinity. I can't seem to log on to HBO using AnyStream by using the provider logon.

Here is the logon page that I need to use (deviceSerialNumber obfuscated): https://www.hbomax.com/provider?cli...file&deviceSerialNumber=####&deviceId=desktop

I have tried login in to Xfinity directly after clicking on the Xfinity button: https://www.xfinity.com/hbo?lang=en, but even that doesn't work from AnyStream (or from a normal browser).

I note that the flow in a normal browser doesn't work ideally, but at least I can logon to https://customer.xfinity.com/ first and then when I go to log on to HBO Max via the Xfinity link, it will detect that I'm already logged in to Xfinity and let me in to HBO. Since I can't navigate to a specific page in AnysStream, or get the Xfinity logon to work when I do get there, I'm stuck.

Not sure a logfile will help in this situation but please provide one for the developers. Look at the main GUI of AnyStream. In the upper left hand corner you will see " FILE" , press it will see "Create logfile" create it, then upload it to the forum please. Thank you. What version of AnyStream are you using? Always let us know that. Please Thank you.

It does indeed. There we go, a proper logfile. Now it's in the hands of the developers.

Same problem.

Maybe since you have a proper logfile the devs can advise you, I never heard of logging through a cable provider, but most probably a lot of people do it, I just am not familiar with how to do it.

CREATE a new account on the HBOMAX website.....hbomax.com
STEP ONE...Choose no ad plan
STEP TWO...Fill in your email and password and enter
DO NOT COMPLETE STEP THREE....billing.

Close the page and reopen. Sign in with the email and password you created.
The screen will ask you to choose a plan OR click here if already subscribed.
Click ALREADY SUBSCRIBED.

A new screen will open asking for your provider...choose your provider.
It will verify and link your provider to the account you created.

Use the email and password you created in AnyStream
