Has anyone tried putting movies on the Treo 750

It should work ok with the new WMV support. The biggest problem is the 240 x 240 screen resolution - no mainstream video content is perfectly square, so you're going to either lose a lot of content due to cropping, or you're going to have some huge black bars above and below. Try ripping to 320 x 240 and 500 kbps video quality.
