1. AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, download with Netflix and Hulu is not possible at the moment.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved - but it will take a few days. Thank you.

For some reason, I can't backup Hannibal Lector, Red Dragon. Neither of my drives apparently want to read this DVD even though the drives work fine with other titles. I get a read error encounted when trying to use DvdShrink OR Clone2DVD. This is a purchased used rental movie from BBluster but has no apparent damage and I'm using the latest versions of Clone2DVD and ANYDvd. thanks for any suggestions.

    1. Do steps 8 and 9 from here:

    2. Try cleaning your disc.

    3. Download Nero cd-dvd speed. It's a free program. Select the tab labeled "scandisc". Select the appropriate drive letter, and click "start". Tell us what the results are.

I just got Red Dragon last night and every thing worked ok for me.I would think you have a bad disc. The disc may look good but there may still be a bad place in it. And if it wont work with shrink or clonedvd the disc is your trouble i think. 5 Stones

You most likely have a bad copy.

No problems with BU of Red Dragon here. Using Pioneer DVD writer and TDK -DVD 16x.
As other members state. Bad or dirty disk.
