Hacksaw Ridge copy problem

Hello, I am a nontechie and I am unable to copy this DVD. This is what appears in the status window if it helps. Is this what you mean by a logfile? I have both redfox dvd and clone dvd. clone dvd just hangs in scanning mode .Appreciate any help.

Since this thread is for Blu-ray not DVD then that's not helpful, and no that's not a logfile. If you read the 'Please read before you post' sticky it tells you how to make a logfile.

Moved to the DVD section.

I had no problem with Anydvd 8.1.0.0 with CloneCD or CloneDVD making a copy. And plays back fine without problem.

AnyDVD by itself does not make copies. You neglected to tell us what software you use.-W
