If you exit out of AnyDVD is the disc seen by Windows?
 
If windows doesn't see the disc with AnyDVD DISABLED, then it can't possibly be an AnyDVD issue can it? Dead/dirty drive and/or dirty/defective disc. Not an AnyDVD issue
