Folder for LogFiles?

As of the 1.1.9.4 beta, the log files all just pile into the output folder. Is there a way to make the log files generate into a dedicated Logs folder? Wasn't sure if this is a planned feature or if I'm just looking in the wrong place for the setting.

They currently pile in the output folder, as you are informed by the tooltip of that setting. You can always disable creating them automatically entirely :)
