Flight of Fury- DVD Shrink Error Message

Trying to backup Flight of Fury using AnyDVD and Shrink.
The following message pops up.
Failed to read file "D:\"
Overlapped I/Q operation is in progress
What's that all about ?

Does DVD Shrink know about EVO's and HD material?

I didn't think so but maybe this is new.

You can't use Shrink with Blu-ray and HD-DVDs.
