Hello, this morning I don't know why but the license has been deactivated for unknown license reason

I was working on a series from NF without any issues, when suddendly, on episode 22 I got this message and AS closed. Reactivated it and tried again, but same error message again.
I recieved no mail or anything that could tell me why that happened.

Also, there are two errors in the text:
-"vermuiten" is wrong, the "i" is too much
-there linebreak between "Support" and "in Verbindung" is not neccessary.

Hopefully just a license server issue.
Running on trial license for now with no issue.
 
I bought the upgrade to AS Plus on release and the licence itself has always been a lifetime one.
using v1.2.2.2.
 
Same to me. I already tried to re-insert ist, but when downloading the next video from Amazon, the following Message appeared: "Ihre Lizenz wurde deaktiviert (Grund: Lizenz unbekannt.) Wenn Sie vermuten, dass dies ein Versehen ist, setzen Sie sich bitte mit dem Support in Verbindung und beschreiben Sie das Problem."
I am using Anystream Version 1.2.2.2 (64 bit)
 
Oh and it just happend right now, not more than 15 minutes ago.
 
Just a few moments ago,
#1 my license was deactivated as a download began and anystream closed.
#2 I relaunched anystream and was offered to obtain a trial license.
#3 i clicked no, and reapplied my license.
#4 back to #1 and repeat
 
Glad to know I'm not alone! I too was notified my plus license was deactivated just a bit ago.

I've seen your comment in the other thread, I guess we just have to wait till someone will answer.
 
Continuation from above.
If i do not apply my license, and obtain a trial license, i get the error:
"Your trial ***-*** has expired on Sunday, September 12, 2021."
Anystream is unusable for me.
 
This is perhaps sort of relieved: Me too.
Out of the blue. Will try to patient at least for a while.
Has anyone of you above in the thread contacted support?
