First time with BluRay, Problem

Hi,
I just downloaded AnyDVD HD and installed it. I put my only Blu Ray disc in, which is League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and AnyDVD seems to recognize it. The problem is that CloneDVD 2.9.1.1 does not see it. When I force CloneDVD to pick my Blu Ray drive its says, “Unable to read files.” What am I doing wrong here? How do I get it to copy the disc?

This I am sure is a complete noob question but here it goes, does CloneDVD rip to VOB files? Will I be able to use Media center to play them?

There is no support yet on clonedvd2 and HD or bluray. use anydvd's ripper to the hard drive.
