First time using Clone BD,,,it stops at 20 secs in,,,, MadMAx ISO

This is my first time using CloneBD. I have used CloneDVD many times. I used AnyDVD HD first, then tried to copy the movie to my hard drive. It stops everytime at 20 seconds in.

I have read several post regarding stoppages but didn't find the answer. I have not played with any settings, they are the defaults. I don't even know how to change them if I wanted.
