I've got a bunch of DVD's already ripped with DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink, but unfortunately didn't buy AnyDVD until recently. It would sure be nice to have AnyDVD process these ISO images to remove the FBI warning and other junk at the beginning. When I tried using Daemon Tools it seemed to bypass AnyDVD completely.

It would also be awesome if you could set AnyDVD loose on a directory of ISO's and have it strip the crap from them. Is there a way to do this?

It should work with Daemon Tools, but you could try Virtual CloneDrive, too.

Is there an option in AnyDVD to remove the FBI warning stuff that seems to stay on the screen forever?

Settings > Video DVD > Remove annoying adverts and trailers. Note: this does not remove them, only bypasses them. This feature does not work on all DVDs.
