Feature Req: No-Scan Drive Option

I would love the option to tell CloneBD to NOT automagically scan drives on startup. Rather I'd like to select a drive before it scans it. The reason for this is I rip to ISO and while I'm ripping if I start CloneBD, it hammers the hell out of the drive that's ripping so it can scan it, sometimes introducing errors, and just generally is obnoxious when the drive is already in use.
